I first discovered this noodle snack in Honolulu while shopping at a popular Japanese/Asian supermarket called Don Quixote.

This topping seems to be quite popular in ramen houses and is so easy to make at home for instant noodles. Just pop open a can of corn and sautee in butter or margerine. So simple and deelishious. We had dinner here on Sunday and unfortunately, the food was only so so. There was nothing really exciting about the restaurant or the menu except for one of the specials on the wall and their “secret” ramen menu.
