I could do a post about a recipe I've come up with, my favorite varieties or just additions to instant noodles to make them so much better. A little background about me: I've been a fan of instant noodles since I was very young and have been reviewing them since 2002. I had a hiatus of a few years when I reviewed hot sauces (about 300 of them) and got back into it in early 2010. At this point, I've reviewed over 650 unique varieties from all over the world.
