These noodles really hit the spot when I’m craving something sour and spicy. The broth is clear and has a strong onion powder taste. The cooking instructions say to add boiling water and cover, however, I’ve found that the noodles don’t really cook all the way through so I just cook it in a pot for a few minutes. Be careful to not cook for too long or the noodles will dissinegrate into oblivian. A couple of minutes will do.

I got my inspiration from the image on the package and added cilantro, green onions and a wedge of lemon. I also added fried onions for an extra dimension of flavor.

I love love love this noodle. Ever since I went away to go to my university, I haven’t had this at all and I miss it so much. Thanks for the great picture. It’s definitely the first thing I’m eating when I get back home.

I am from the West coast, so I am not very familiar with the Baltimore area. I do have a friend that used to live there and he suggests AA supermarket in Ellicott city? Also, try Hana Oriental Supermarket in Silver Spring.
