Straight from the magical land of ramen aka… Japon! I can’t even put into words how excited I was to consume this rare treat! There wasn’t any English on the packaging which was fabulous because it meant it was authentico. Peeling back the lid revealed 4 seasoning packets! It was like finding . . . → Read More: MYOJO Super Star Specialized Noodles Creamy Seafood Flavor

Hmmm….what can I say about these? Not much I guess…The flavor was familiar and not very exciting. In most instances doctoring up noodles are a win but not this time.
All the extras I added did nothing for the soup except for make it even more boring. The soup was just so blah.

Oooo….this was a weird one. I’ve never seen this particular noodle in stores personally. This was part of a noodle bundle that a friend gave me for my birthday. As I started removing the outer packaging, I noticed the words “real beef inside” printed on the corner. A real meat packet inside? . . . → Read More: FU CHANG Beef and Noodles

The texture of these noodles are like rubber bands. Reminded me of the canned ramen from the Japanese vending machines, but not as rubbery because the noodles were thinner. Not sure if i like these. Not great…but not bad. Unusual to say the least. For the soup, I used chicken broth, . . . → Read More: HOUSE FOODS Tofu Shirataki Angel Hair

Mmmm. This was quite a treat. To date, this is only the second instant soba that I’ve tried and yet again, it was mighty tasty. The broth was savory with a sweet finish. I think it’s bonito based? The soba noodles tasted like…well soba noodles? Hearty, earthy and a bit . . . → Read More: MARUCHAN Midori No Tanuki Instant Soba Bowl

I thought to myself today…what is this obsession with food pictures? Why do I like to document food through photographs? I must admit that I do scroll through my own posts and admire the pictures that I’ve taken over the past year and a half. They make me hungry. There was nothing really special or unique about this flavor worth mentioning except for the noodles. Overall this flavor was ok. I was a little disappointed that it didn’t taste too much like clam soup. The texture and consistency of the noodles were satisfactory. Noodles are medium wide which still required the . . . → Read More: NONG SHIM Kal Gook Soo
