Fresh shrimp sashimi. From the tank to the kitchen, onto a plate and then into our tummies. The heads were then used to make the yi mein. Other option is to fry them.
Fresh geoduck (mirugai) sashimi. Also straight from the tank.
Geoduck soup. All the non sashimi parts were used to make this rich and flavorful soup.
Salted Egg Yolk Crab.
Steamed Clams With Egg
Baked Lobster Braised in Supreme broth. Baked with ginger, scallion and garlic.
Ta da! Last but not least….THE BILL! Yikes.

Best garlic noodles ever. The noodles are thick and soft without being mushy. It has the perfect balance of salty, sweet and spicy. The garlic flavor is not overpowering and the noodles aren’t greasy. I could eat plates and plates of these. The only bad thing I can say about this is that they won’t tell me what’s in it except for garlic!! Damn yous!
