#088 KOKA Tomato Flavor

at first glance, I thought…hmm interesting flavor…tomato, this is new! But wait, it’s not! This is just the Asian version of the Italian’s version of ramen! Duh! There was absolutely nothing in the fridge to make a proper dinner except for bits and pieces. I had a tomato, some cilantro and these noodles!

Strange waxy coating.

These noodles turned out to be quite yummy! Two packs were the perfect amount for dinner. Turned out tasting like the southern Italy in a bowl. The fresh cubes of tomato enhanced the flavor of the ramen. Very yummy and a must try if you can find it in your neck of the woods

#069 KOKA Instant Non Fried Noodles Spicy Sesame Flavour
Hmm…I’m very undecided about this Koka brand. Second flavor and again…nothing to go gaga over except for the fact that they’re trying to keep up with the trend and make it a little more “healthy”…er…less unhealthy is more like it.
Again, the sesame flavor wasn’t that strong and I like me some sesame oil flavored noodles. Also, not that spicy…a leetle bit of heat but not much.
I’m willing to try more flavors from this brand, there’s bound to be one good flavor – no?
#068 KOKA Instant Non Fried Noodles Curry Flavour
Low fat it claims…not by much though. I guess it all adds up especially if you are eating a pack a day! The faint curry flavor was disappointing. I liked that there were big pieces of dehydrated cabbage or what not. These were alright, I wish it had a bolder curry flavor…I appreciate the effort though! I wish all the tasty instant noodles were low in fat and sodium. Maybe one day…
