If you prefer vermicelli noodles instead of flat noodles, here you go! Weird thing is that the broth itself is the same, but the different noodles change the taste of the soup slightly.

These noodles really hit the spot when I’m craving something sour and spicy. The broth is clear and has a strong onion powder taste. The cooking instructions say to add boiling water and cover, however, I’ve found that the noodles don’t really cook all the way through so I just cook it in a pot for a few minutes. Be careful to not cook for too long or the noodles will dissinegrate into oblivian. A couple of minutes will do.

I got my inspiration from the image on the package and added cilantro,green onions and a wedge of lemon. I also added fried onions for an extra dimension of flavor.
