This is one of the few instant pho noodles that I’ve tried. Easy peezy to make because there’s no pot or real cooking involved!
Look at the thoughtful packaging! The little tray kept the fragile noodles from breaking up into a million pieces. That would have been no bueno.
As soon as I lifted the plate, a florally aloma wafted up me nostrils. Basil, I thought? There was a lot of green stuff so I wasn’t sure. You might think this strange but the soup had a soapy flavor? I liked how the noodles turned out…silky smooth! And I oddly enough, I enjoyed the little bits of soy meat too. All in all this was not the best Pho flavor but it wasn’t terrible.
